Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Customer Support.

Eligible refunds will be initiated within 48 business hours after cancellation approval.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Any eligible issue will be handled in accordance with the Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

If a customer refuses delivery without prior communication or a valid reason, URGENCY reserves the right to deduct actual forward and reverse shipping charges before processing any eligible refund.
